ST. AIDAN’S DAY PILGRIMAGE
Meeting at St. Edan’s Church of Ireland, Ferns on the Feast of St. Aidan, Friday January 30th at 2.30pm.
This hour long guided tour includes:
* An introduction to Ferns Medieval history.
* A visit to the site of St. Aidan’s original monastic settlement.
* A talk on St. Aidan, including his miracles
* A visit to St. Mogue’s Well (bring an empty bottle!)
Cost per adult €10, Children free.
The money collected goes back into the Ferns Medieval Experience to further their work.
